A common go-to question if an officer stops a Sov-tard for a normally valid reason.

'I am not driving. I am traveling.'

Sov-tards believe they have a God-given right to go & travel as they see fit.

If they are 'traveling' and not 'driving' while operating a vehicle, then the laws set forth on the road, highway, state & so on do not apply to them.

That speed limit they exceeded doesn't matter & who cares if their tags are expired!

Common statement provided to demonstrate that they are not willing to partake in a 'contract' with another party.
Mainly meant to argue that even an arrest by an officer of the law is a 'contract' that must be agreed to by both sides.

Commercial Activity

'I'm being kidnapped!'

Sov-tards view their 'normal' or 'average' driving (also see 'I am traveling') as something completely different than 'commercial activity'.
Commercial Activity, in their eyes, would be commercial transport, shipping, etc., therefore, even more laws do not apply to them.

If you're arresting a Sov-tard, you're 'kidnapping' them.
Just another way to make them seem more like an innocent victim in a cruel & unjust world, and a common way to draw attention to the officer in hopes they will be released.
